Exclusivity requires a 12-month term and 2 Full Slots. It is granted by specific sub-category, not broad industry — e.g., "Hardware / Home Improvement" exclusivity blocks other hardware stores but does not block furniture, jewelry, or grocery retailers. Confirm scope with us before signing.
